ATLAS Release 2 : RMV Form Redesign

I focused on redesigning old RMV forms with updated branding and so that the input pattern of the new system and the chronology of fields matches. Forms were created with the end user in mind, including both the clerks, partners and the customers. All forms produced were made ADA compliant in InDesign, and fillable through Forms on Acrobat.
